Ayana academy is a initiative taken by Mr. Hiren Thaker who has pioneered GTU’s International Experience Program. We are working as independent counsellors since July 2026. We aim to provide services to the students who are seeking career advise to put their career on right path at any stage of the studies. With extensive experience to work with the students, we understand and approach and treat each student as an individual and carry out custom made counselling that suits the students and produce the desire out come for that student.
Our strength:
Any student who has finished grade 12 till Master’s degree can approach us for guidance. We also provide guidance and plat form for students who wishes to carry out short term studies
Our Founder and student counsellor Mr. Hiren Thaker has helps thousands of GTU students of Engineering, Management and Pharmacy while working at International office of GTU. He was the pioneer in developing the International Experience Program of GTU with the German, US, Canadian and Russian universities.
Counselling services to Career Building: Currently we have expanded our services in the field of career and career counselling to school students and graduates in helping them building there career path and help them to be job ready.
Work visas and work permits: We have come across numerous incidents on people being misled by most of the companies, to lure them in getting work or job overseas. We are aware there are demands of skills in foreign countries and to meet up this demands we are providing work permits and work visa assistance since end of 2024 for which we are working diligently with our clients and provide them with the best possible opportunity that will help them improve their earnings and help them towards betterment of the career.
